Welcome to 4-4-0.com, a site dedicated to the 4-4-0 engines of the Boston and Maine Railroad. While most of the engines here are 4-4-0s there are a few that are not. And while most of the engines here are Boston and Maine there are a few that are not. This sight is not indented to be an exhaustive source of information on these engines but rather a collection of photos to use as a reference for engine lovers and modelers. I will post simply the engine number, the name - if applicable, brief notes - if I have any, and the photo.
